In this series of classes we discover how to make copies of a favourite item of clothing. Over the course of 4 weeks we will create a pattern from our chosen garment, select fabric to make a new version and finally sew your garment's clone.
This class is suitable for those who know how to operate a sewing machine and have made a few simple garments before.
Not every garment is suitable to remake in this class, especially if you are a relatively inexperienced garment maker. Contact me with a photo of the garment you want to clone before booking so I can advise.
You will need to purchase fabric to make your clone: we will discuss suitable fabric and quantities during the first session.
I try very hard not to cancel sessions, but it is occasionally unavoidable. Should this occur you will be offered the choice of a place in a replacement class or a refund for the missed session. Fees are otherwise non refundable.
